At about the 5 minute mark, there is a slide that could suggest the “evolution” of man. Do not be alarmed by this. FFMP believes in the creation of mankind, though it is entirely possible that God created some form of prehistoric man (before Adam) that we don’t know much about except for the bones that get dug up from time to time. This is one of my favorite songs of all time and has a very positive message for recovery.
Christ-centered recovery will have such an effect on your life that people can’t help but take notice. Most will want what you have when they see the difference in you, but occasionally there will be those who resent this transformative change in your life and might just give you some grief about it. Let this song provide you some inspiration; especially considering the grief that Jesus and the early saints in that first Spirit-charged church movement received.
